Day #83 *March 24, 2018* – You Couldn’t Mess This One Up…Even if You Tried

Let me tell you something. There may be moments where your decision making will cause you to take a left or a right on your career journey. Understand that there is a lesson to be learned no matter which way you go. There are no mistakes and there’s nothing to regret. If you are feeling regret, it is just life’s way of telling you that you are still learning the lesson or gaining the experience that you need. Keep moving forward in life long enough and you will see the bigger picture and you’ll find thanksgiving in that life’s lesson. It was no mistake. It was supposed to happen. Life’s little and big lessons are a positive thing. How many things have you learned the hard way that have now made you a better co-worker, employee, or manager? Do not be afraid to make a leap of faith on your career. Your leap of faith could be anything! Go after the promotion, apply for the new job opportunity, ask your manager for a raise, or maybe it is time for you to step out on faith and build your own company. You couldn’t mess this one up…even if you tried. Do not be afraid of making mistakes. Life has a funny little way of course correcting itself. So, no matter how many dips and turns you take while on your career journey, just know that today you are exactly where you need to be to learn what you need to learn for whatever lies in wait ahead of you. Have fun on your journey!

Sending you Love & Light,
