Day #129 | May 09, 2018 – When Was The Last Time You Were Out Of Your Mind?

Day #129 | May 09, 2018 – When Was The Last Time You Were Out Of Your Mind?

When was the last time you were out of your mind? I mean, like, really out of your mind? When was the last time you were disassociated from the thoughts of who you believe you are, removed from the stories that you’ve long believed created your makeup, separated from the idea of who you thought that you were supposed to be by now? When was the last time you were devoid of the thoughts and ideas that others want YOU to have about YOU? Imagine how different life would feel if you were actually—out of your mind. Who would you then be? Oh, that’s it. You would get to decide. All of the memories, assumptions, ideas, and past experiences would no longer have as much weight. Each day, you would get to decide who you are and set an intention of who you wanted to be. So many of us are so wrapped up in a cocoon of thoughts that we (and others) imagine to be true about us that we fail to remember that we are not the cocoon, we are the butterfly trying to escape. So, escape. Rid yourself of the labels, remove yourself from the intentions behind the labels, and uncover yourself from the emotions behind the intentions. Have a vision for your own life based on the God within you. First, realize THAT and everything else will be taken care of.

Sending you Love & Light,
