Day #130 | May 10, 2018 – Learn to Stabilize Your Feelings

Day #130 | May 10, 2018 – Learn to Stabilize Your Feelings

Our feelings tend to jolt in one direction and then in another too easily, too quickly, and too consistently. It’s no wonder that  our desires go unfulfilled. We keep changing our feelings about what we desire. We continue to change how we feel about people, places and things. Yes, a change in feeling can happen naturally through growth and evolution. But that is not the change in feeling that I’m referring to right now. I’m referring to the emotional on and off switches that we flip when things go our way and when they do not.  And there’s no judgement. There’s just a recommendation.  Learn to stabilize your feelings. Become more intentional about your feelings and more introspective about what’s causing your feelings to jolt from one extreme to the other. Choose a feeling about a desire and enter there. Be unshakable about your feelings regarding a specific desire and watch it manifest. Think about the type of career you desire, for instance. Do you feel that this job is one that you want, can get, and deserve? If so, great. Hold tightly to that positive feeling and do not change your mind about it.  In other words, do not change your mind about how you feel about it. You will see that I’m right. Learn to stabilize your feelings, learn to manifest your desires.
