16 May Day 136 | Nurture The Seed Within You; Watch It Grow!
A friend shared a message with me that I’d like to share with you because it was meaningful. I will use my own words, however. You’ve planted a seed, but instead of nurturing it for growth, you keep going back and digging it up to see if it’s taken root. Let’s put it in the context of your career and life. We all have seeds that have been planted within us. It could be a talent that you now realize you have and want to explore the ability to make a career out of it, for example. It doesn’t matter if you planted the seed within yourself through your own desires or if someone else planted a desire within you. And now you have a new idea, a new vision, a new desire for your career and/or life. But the moment that it begins to take too long, or the moment that obstacles occur, or the moment that you feel rejection in some way, you go back and dig the seed up. In other words, you allow emotions like doubt and frustration to distract you from your faith walk. Some of you stop walking in the direction of your idea, vision, or desire all together. And the seed dies because you have uprooted it. If you are reading this, pay attention to the message. Some things take time to take root, germinate, and manifest. Be patient, be nurturing, and be a good overall steward to the seed within you and watch it grow. Keep going, keep growing, keep glowing.
Sending you Love and Light,
