Day 169 | Celebrate The Small Wins Daily. It Is Not ALL Bad.

Day 169 | Celebrate The Small Wins Daily. It Is Not ALL Bad.

We’ve gotten so caught up in winning BIG that we often neglect the small wins along the way. So we do not celebrate them. As a matter of fact, we rarely even acknowledge them for ourselves or others. We believe in the concept of “overnight sensations,” and the notion that successful people just “pop up” out of nowhere. That’s not the case. Success is small wins that happen each day (and over time) until one builds enough experience, muscle and momentum to accomplish a massive win! So celebrate your small wins. Each win is taking you somewhere. I know you can’t see it, but trust the process. Maybe you just got a rejection email after a phone screen, but at least the recruiter called you. It must mean that there’s something attractive about the skills listed in your resume. And you now have experience interviewing. Getting the right feedback will help you to do better and go further during the next interview. It is not all bad. Your life is not bad. Your life is actually amazing. And there are many people on Earth who would LOVE to have your circumstances RIGHT NOW.  Celebrate that for a moment. What you celebrate, focus on, and are grateful for GROWS. I’ve said it again and again. If you know that you are doing “the work,” then keep going! And for goodness sake, pat yourself on the back. It may not feel like it yet, but you are doing some major, life shifting things! Don’t stop now. Keep going.

#KeepGoing, #KeepGrowing, #KeepGlowing
