Day 172 | And For Goodness Sake, Don’t Quit On Yourself!

Day 172 | And For Goodness Sake, Don’t Quit On Yourself!

The only thing you should ever fear is being in the exact same place this time, next year. Nothing else is worth your time or fear. If you do not like where you are today, take a quick inventory of your life. Ask yourself, “why?” We know it is not your whole life’s circumstances that are not serving you well. It is usually only one thing affecting multiple areas of your life. Once you identify that, ask yourself, what are you willing to do to change it. Be willing to do whatever it takes to change that circumstance in your life, even if it means that YOU must change. There is something about us that must first change. For the vast majority, the change is putting yourself (and your own needs) first. You’d be surprised at how much of your life can change if you first change you. Trust me. I know this is easier said than done. But it is also worth it. The positive outcomes you will see in your life are far greater than any pain that you must endure temporarily during your adjustment. Don’t let your boss continue to berate you. Don’t keep getting passed over for new job opportunities. Don’t continue to work in an environment that leaves you feeling negative. Take a chance. Be your own hero. Continue to evolve. Grow into the person you know you were always meant to be. And for goodness sake, don’t quit on yourself. Keep going until all of your circumstances align with your positive vision of your life. No one else deserves to have a better experience in your life than you. I know that for sure. Keep moving forward.
