Day 176 | Reflection: The Gift That Keeps On Giving.

Day 176 | Reflection: The Gift That Keeps On Giving.

At what point in your day are you thinking most clearly?  Is it bright and early in the morning while the world is sleeping? Is it late in the evening when the world is sleeping? Or is it somewhere in between? It is most important for you to find your space when you feel at your highest and clearest within a 24 hour day. Once you find it, hold it as a sacred space for you. Go to this space daily. Even if only for 20 minutes a day, be in peace. Sit quietly. Reflect. Ask yourself three questions. Is this enough? Am I enough? Why? Of the three, the “why” is a powerful question to ask yourself. If you feel that this is enough—why is it enough? If you feel that this isn’t enough—why isn’t it enough? This question of “why” helps you to get closer to your desires. If you feel that you are enough—why are you enough? If you feel that you are not enough—why are you not enough? What is there? What is missing? Again, it is another way to understand your desires. Do not be afraid to get close to your desires. In order for you to have a good life, you must stop blocking your ability to answer these questions. We don’t block our ability to answer these questions in purpose. We are just busy moving through the course of our life that we forget. But now, in your sacred space, you will have time to consider. Reflection is one of the best gifts you can give to yourself. In reflection, you determine the next best move that will help you to get to a place of a fuller and happier life. In your sacred space, find your next best step toward your highest potential. Do what is necessary to move you to a place of feeling worthy and complete. It is always worth it.
