Day 194 | Stop Emotional Running; Walk Away!

Day 194 | Stop Emotional Running; Walk Away!

Stop spending so much time running, running, running away from that thing you can just walk away from. In other words, stop (emotionally) running from something that you can (physically) walk away from. Nothing is holding you back except your thoughts. The longer we stay somewhere we do not belong, the stronger those mental and emotional shackles become and we start to think that there is no other option but to submit to our current situation as it is. Do not become an emotional runner because you will emotionally run right into stuffing and hiding into things like food and other poor habits. For as long as you are living, there is always another option. There is always another way. And in this instance—walk away. Nothing on Earth should have the power to drain all of your emotions. No job, no person, so situation—no THING.  Walk away long enough to reflect on your next best decision for you. And make that decision. You greatness depends on it. The world is waiting for your rise. What must you release today?
