Day 197 | Take Advice ONLY From Those Who Really Know

Day 197 | Take Advice ONLY From Those Who Really Know

Do not let anyone else set your ceiling or your limits. Do not let anyone tell you what is possible or impossible in your own life. When someone tells you that something cannot be done it is more of a reflection on their limitations than on yours. See, that is the tricky part about advice, especially unsolicited advice. You never know the prism through which this advice is being shared. That’s why if I want a great job, I only get advice from people who already have great jobs. If I want to start a business, I get advice from those who already have a successful business. See, those who do not have that thing you desire either do not want it, have tried to get it and have failed, or want it and have not tried. Advice that you allow to impact and affect your decision making is like “energy” that you allow to impact and affect your mood. Be careful of the energy and the advice that you allow in to your space. Be careful of the seeds you let others plant within you. Be protective of your space. There’s so much out there waiting for you and calling you. Talk to those who know, who’ve done, and who’ve succeeded. It’s a beautiful thing!
