Day 199 | Keep Walking On Water

Day 199 | Keep Walking On Water

It takes a lot of faith to walk on water. In this sense, I mean, it takes a lot of faith to trust what you know to be true about your vision for your life no matter how your current reality may appear. It may seem to defy the laws of gravity to walk on water, or to have YOUR vision for your future. And that is why so many are incapable of such a responsibility. If you do not trust your own vision for your own life, why should anyone else? So many times, people come along and want to remind us to look down at the ocean we are crossing with only our feet and our faith. They want to shake us and tell us that we are “walking on water.” They want to tell us before we drown. Ironically, they are not trying to hurt us; they have good intention. They “feel” that they are trying to save us. They want us to go back to a safe place. They want us to walk on LAND like everyone else. Again, good intention, poor vision. But understand that your life wasn’t created to be like everyone else’s. So, my friend, you keep walking on water. Do not look down. Keep looking straight ahead. Keep believing in your dream and your vision for your future and your life. You are walking the “faith-walk” of a lifetime. And you are crossing barriers, breaking ceilings, and yes, walking across oceans, that other people never even had the courage to face. But you keep moving. The greatest rewards are waiting for you. Keep your faith. Keep moving forward.
