03 Aug Day 215 | Embrace the Season You Are In…
I believe that we live our life in seasons. These seasons are a combination of occurrences—some we look forward to and some occurrences that are a little harder to adjust to. Life happens. No matter the season that you are currently facing, know that just like last season, this too shall pass. I’ve mentioned this before, but feel that this is a good time to mention it again. All of the good and all of the bad moments in your life all only in passing. But it is your responsibility to release the grip of a season. Some of us are holding so tightly to last season, that we are unable to notice a new season is on the horizon and is trying to enter our space. Others of us are looking so forward (and holding on so tightly) to next season, that we are unable to appreciate the lesson learned in our present season. No matter what, be present in your current season. Be a good steward of your current season. Try not to judge it too harshly. And although it is in passing, it has the most to offer you. Embrace it. And may you continue to thrive through it. Make this your best season yet!
