Day 222 | The Art of the Release

Day 222 | The Art of the Release

We carry a lot, don’t we? We carry other people’s energy, especially the negative. We carry the energy of one moment into another. We carry the energy of our work-weeks into the weekend. We carry the energy of our relationships into the office. We carry the energy  of each month into the next month—each year into the next year. It is no wonder that we are so heavily burdened with excess energy. It is energy that slows us down, makes us heavy, and (if we are not careful), it is an energy that can create a fog-like prism through which we will begin to see our reality. Release all of the energy from your past. There are meditation techniques that can help. There’s talking about it to help bring closure to moments where you realize you are feeling heavy. There’s journaling. How you release it is not the point of this message—THAT you release it is what is most important. Recognizing that you are carrying so much energy is important. Let it go so that it can let you go. There’s so much of life waiting for you, but it requires you to be your best self. You can do it! Release.
