20 Aug Day 232 | What Are You Looking Forward To?
Always have something to look forward to. When one vacation is coming to an end, I’m already thinking about my next vacation. When I enter a new job, I’ve already began brainstorming my exit strategy and next move. Though I work hard to remain in the present, my mind has fun “exploring” the great future ahead. I love it. I have respect for my past, love for my present and an awe for my future. I always have something to look forward to. It keeps my life active and it keeps me energized. My life flows like a clear, fast-moving river. I cannot be stagnant. Stagnant water gets muddy and attracts mosquitoes and other unappealing insects. Can you imagine what stagnant lives attract? Think about it. What are you looking forward to in your career and life? If you did not have anything to look forward to earlier, the great thing is, it is never too late to start imagining your next move now. Go ahead, give it a shot!
