Day #98 *April 08, 2018* – This—Too—Shall Pass…

Day #98 *April 08, 2018* – This—Too—Shall Pass…

Everything in life is in passing. All of the good events and all of the bad events are just passing by. Whatever you are experiencing today—the good and the bad—will all pass, eventually. Do not hold too tightly to any one event in your life. It will block you emotionally. And you won’t be able to move forward. In coaching, I spend a lot of time helping clients to clear emotional blocks from events of their past that they just could not release on their own. What event are you holding on to? Is it trauma, sadness, rejection? When you hold on to a past event, you cannot see clearly new opportunities. Every new opportunity is only seen through the prism of that “thing” to which you are holding. Now, you—maybe you are holding on to what your life used to be and now it is not that anymore. You cannot create a new normal until you can forgive the thought that your life did not work out the way you envisioned. You are standing in an old emotional state that is skewing your ability to see properly what life is offering to you today. Life is a gift. Let go of ties to the past. Remember this. When you are clinching your fist—nothing will leave, but also, nothing will come. This too shall pass, but don’t be afraid of what’s next. Your best life is yet to come!

Sending you Love & Light,
Jenn,
