Day #82 *March 23, 2018* – What Standards Are You Setting?

Day #82 *March 23, 2018* – What Standards Are You Setting?

What do you expect of yourself, your career, your pay, your work/life balance, your boss, your co-workers, etc.? Have you considered the answer to this question before? Consider this statement. What are your standards? What you have received so far for yourself, your career, your work/life balance, from your boss, and even from your co-workers is directly correlated to your standards that you have set. You are not a victim—no matter how easy it may seem to feel like one. The world will rise to meet the standards that YOU set. Many of you are working in a “take it or leave it” work environment right now. You must either accept the behaviors of those around you, try and change the behaviors around you, or find another job. How you respond informs the standards you have set. Many are treating you poorly—not because you deserve it—but because you allow it. Now is the time to get your confidence back! Set some standards for your career. Live by those standards within your career. Keep moving forward.

Sending you Love & Light,
Jenn,
