Day #67 *March 8, 2018* – Don’t Wait Until You Feel Like It

Day #67 *March 8, 2018* – Don’t Wait Until You Feel Like It

Too many people wait until they “feel like it” before they take a hold of their career. They continue to wait and wait and that feeling never comes. It is the life that career procrastinators know all too well. Here is a secret. You do not wait to “feel like” doing something. You take action first and the feeling follows. This is what any ambitious person will tell you. If you take no action and do nothing to get your career on your desired track, no boost of energy that spark on its own. I can tell you what will happen, however.  A negative experience will create a MUST experience for you. What is a MUST experience? It is what one feels when they MUST take an action—like leave their job. Maybe you were denied a promotion, you are being laid off, you are feeling invisible, or some other negative reason. Do not wait for the pain to move you to a MUST experience. And do not wait until you feel like taking action to move you closer to your ideal career. Instead, do one thing today. Do one simple thing each day. Always remember that the action comes first, the “feeling like it”  follows.

Sending you Love & Light,
